TERMS OF PURCHASE

These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) apply to any purchase made from Rustic & Simple Design (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through rusticsimpledesign.com and related checkout pages, and to purchases and subscriptions made through our membership platform Designed Simply at designed-simply.mn.co (collectively, the “Sites”).
By purchasing a product, download, service, subscription, or membership (collectively, “Purchase”), you agree to these Terms, along with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree, please do not make a Purchase.

Purchases Covered by These Terms
These Terms apply to purchases including, but not limited to:
Designed Simply Membership (monthly or annual subscription)
Digital products (downloads, templates, guides, resources)
Print-on-demand (“POD”) products sold through our shops or platforms (as applicable)
Any other products or services we offer from time to time

Pricing, Payments, and Taxes
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. You authorize us (or our payment processor/platform providers) to charge the payment method you provide for your Purchase, including applicable taxes where required.

We may change pricing at any time. If you are in an ongoing membership subscription, pricing changes will apply as described at the time you enroll or renew, and/or as permitted by the platform provider.

Membership Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation (Designed Simply)
If you purchase a membership subscription, your plan will renew automatically (monthly or annually) unless you cancel.
​
Cancellation: You may cancel anytime. To avoid being charged for the next renewal period, you must cancel at least 3 days before your renewal date.
​
Access after cancellation: You will retain access through the end of your current paid billing period unless the platform states otherwise.
​
No proration: We do not offer prorated refunds or partial-period refunds for membership.
​
Membership Refund Policy (7 Days)
Because membership includes immediate access to digital content and Resources:
We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial enrollment in the Designed Simply Membership.
​
Refund eligibility applies to first-time enrollment only (not renewals, reactivations, or plan changes).
​
After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for membership fees.
To request a refund within the eligible window, email: support@rusticsimpledesign.com.

Digital Products: No Refunds
Due to the instant-access, digital nature of downloadable products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.

If you have trouble accessing a file, contact support@rusticsimpledesign.com and we’ll help you troubleshoot.
​
Print-on-Demand (POD) and Physical Products: Returns
For eligible physical/POD products, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, where eligible. Because many POD items are made-to-order and may be customized, some items may not be returnable, and return eligibility may vary based on the sales platform or production partner’s policies (for example, Etsy policies and the specific provider’s return rules).

If you believe your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@rusticsimpledesign.com with your order number and photos if applicable.

Delivery, Access, and Account Responsibility
Digital products & membership access are delivered electronically. You are responsible for:
Providing accurate contact/payment information
Maintaining access to the email/account used for purchase
Keeping your login credentials secure

We are not responsible for access issues caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, account lockouts, or third-party platform interruptions.
​
License and Permitted Use (Simple Version)
When you purchase or access our digital products, templates, downloads, or membership materials (“Content”), you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Content for your personal use or internal business use only.

You may:
Download and use the Content for yourself or within your own business
​
You may not:
Share, resell, redistribute, or republish any Content
Upload Content to shared drives, public folders, or membership portals for others to access
Claim Content as your own or remove copyright notices
Create competing products derived from our templates/resources
Violation of this license may result in termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a question or problem with a Purchase, please contact us first at support@rusticsimpledesign.com
so we can help.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:
Immediate suspension or termination of membership access and/or licenses
Denial of future purchases
Submission of documentation to the payment processor showing these Terms and proof of access/delivery

Platform Providers and Third Parties
Some purchases and services are delivered through third-party providers (including but not limited to Mighty Networks, payment processors, email providers, Etsy, Spoonflower, and POD fulfillment partners). We are not responsible for outages, delays, or platform-level technical issues outside our control.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent version. Continued purchases after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
