I've been exactly where you are right now.
Starting my business has been both a fulfilling & frustrating journey. I've been overwhelmed by too many creative ideas (and not knowing how to reign them all in,) research in more areas than I can count, and the very steep learning curve with SEO, algorithms, & marketing in crowded marketplaces. What is your Cancellation Policy:
We care first and foremost about people. You can cancel at anytime, no questions asked. Be sure to cancel at least 3 days prior to the next renewal date so that you won't be charged the following month.

What is your Refund Policy:
Due to the digital nature of the membership and the amount of content being provided, we offer refunds during the first 14 days only. If you purchase an annual subscription, we will however prorate a refund for you for any unused months (end of current month to end of subscription period.)

What kind of templates are included:
We have planning templates like weekly planners, meal planners, calendars (adding new ones each year), habit trackers, social media planners, and more. We have cards, tags, homeschool documents, portfolio templates, ebook templates & storybook planning sheets, slide decks, wedding, and airbnb products. I'm certain there are more- but as I'm sure you know, the list is exhaustingly long. If there's something you're looking for, just ask. Even if I don't have it, I can usually create something pretty quickly. All templates come with a link to edit in Canva.

Do I need Canva Pro:
No, you can use the free Canva plan. However, some of our fonts/graphics are specific to Canva Pro. You can simply edit your template to the free version or buy the individual feature you want to keep. If there is a specific template that has Pro features you really like, you can always reach out to us for help in finding a suitable alternative.

Do I need to be an artist to create products for my business:
No, you can check out my Etsy shop and see that I started with funny sayings. You don't even need a fully formed idea- we go over that in the first module. If you're an artist though, we will help you find ways to leverage your art with passive products, so that you can spend more time creating the art that you love.

How much will my other business costs be:
This is dependent on the business owner. I try to find free options for as many things as I can. But with any business, there are startup costs. A few you should be aware of (I go over when you'll need these in the membership): business license (~$15-400), Email Marketing- not an immediate expense (~$17-45/mo), Canva free or Pro ($10/mo if paid annually or $15/monthly), website (~$200-400/yr), if using Etsy- Etsy setup fee ($15), plus $0.20 for each listing. There are ways to keep costs down & we go over them in the lessons.

How can I get help if needed:
I set up question sections in each module and you can post a question in any of the community spaces. I am active in the community & you can start a chat to direct message me inside the membership anytime. One of my community goals is that no question goes unanswered. I've been in communities where you post a question and never get a reply. That doesn't feel like support to me, so I will be active in the community. What if I don't have a product idea yet?
Don't worry at all. We cover building your dream business and deciding your niche in Module 1. When you start to look inward to what is important to and about you, it helps you know what kind of products you'll get excited about. I have a sneaky suspicion that you really do have more thoughts than you know.

How long until I make a sale?
I'd love to be able to give a definitive answer but it all depends on you. I made my first sale within 2 weeks of listing a product so I know that is possible. But you should look at this like you are building a business with a strong foundation with systems you can build upon. You can start making money quickly but I can't guarantee individual results.

What if I'm not tech-savvy?
We walk step-by-step through everything. No need to have it all figured out. I simplify everything for you. I promise, you can do this!
A bit of real talk. I follow and have learned from several big name people that I deeply admire & respect. The biggest downside to their immense success is that you don't get enough access to them. Your questions feel small & the answers feel not enough.
I am creating this space for those that want to create income without it being all-consuming. Go to my blog and read about my big dream. I don't want my days filled with work, even if it brings more success. I want my business to bring me financial freedom, time freedom, location freedom, & creative freedom. I don't want to be a CEO. I don't want to be so busy I can't enjoy the world around me. I want things to work well, simply & successfully, so that I can enjoy my life.
So I planned space for this Community in my big dream.
